建筑共3层+露台，每层2间带锁的独立房源，预定后您可独享1室1厅1厨1卫1浴。

厨房为开放式，浴室为淋浴房，以上空间无需共享。

洗烘一体机位于4楼露台，该区域为公用部分，请错峰使用，并保管好自己的贵重物品及贴身衣物。

其他注意事项
（1）请在玄关换拖鞋，勿将私人物品（例如鞋）放在屋外/门口
（2）请勿在室内举行聚会，深夜请保持安静，勿喧闹扰民
（3）室内和门外区域均禁止吸烟，违者会被邻居举报投诉并额外收取2万日元清洁费
（4）垃圾无需分类，请丢弃在室内垃圾桶内，勿丢在屋外
（5）室内所有非一次性物品使用后请归还
（6）如因不当使用（如染发/染色）而造成严重污损（如布草、家具）须按价赔偿

整體都很棒，唯一的小缺點就是逃生路線的燈會有點亮，如果睡眠對光很敏感的人可能要用毛巾或者是布蓋著。其他都很不錯👍

整體體驗非常棒， 1.房東協助處理問題的速度即時 2.附近的車站「天下茶屋站」一出來就有7-Eleven、麥當勞、書局，再出來到馬路對面還有有一間當地大型超市，超市裡面還設有肯德基。附近有FamilyMart、LAWSON，晚上出來走走看看感受街景，再去超商買點日常用品，非常便利。
