The space

🏠 35 ㎡ Large space with One livingroom and One bedroom, an independent unit with its own kitchen and bathroom to ensure security and privacy
🎌 Japanese style decor with Ryukyu style tatami space.The bedroom area is furnished with SEKISUI, one of Japan's best tatami mats. The square-shaped Ryukyu-style tatami mats are more modern and beautiful than the traditional rectangular ones. Please join us in caring for this area and try not to damage it

📶 All rooms are equipped with new home appliances, free high speed Wi-Fi and an all-in-one washing and drying machine,there is a full set kitchenware for you to cook in the house.
♨️ Livingroom is equipped with underfloor heating, which greatly improves the sense of well-being even in winter, and the rooms are humidity-free and comfortable to walk barefoot.
🛁 The bathroom is equipped with Panasonic's high-end intelligent large-size bathroom, with a separate shower area and a full-size bathtub area. The bathtub automatically adjusts the water level and temperature so that you can fully relax in it

🔑 Convenient and quick self check-in with electronic door lock, you can check in after 3pm and check out before 11am.

● Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and other items in the room can be used free of charge
● Electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, etc. can be used free of charge
● Smoking (including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas of the homestay (including the balcony)

Other things to note

(1) Please change into slippers in the entrance hall; don't leave personal belongings (e.g. shoes) outside the house/doorway.
(2) Please go barefoot on the tatami mats; do not place wet towels directly on the tatami mats.
(3) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the public.
(4) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged an additional 20,000 yen cleaning fee.
(5) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house.
(6) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(7) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.
(8) We can accept pets with us at our homestay,but pet supplies (cages, pet dishes, etc.) are not provided, so please bring your own.

    I had a great stay during my trip to Japan. The location was convenient and within walking distance from the train station. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities. There was no ironing facility, but it wasn’t an issue as you could easily bring one or buy it from stores in Japan (I got mine from Don Quijote). Hana, the host, was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this place!

    Nos alojamos en el piso 1. Yo creía que iba a ser un poco más grande, pero para dos personas estaba bastante bien. Todo estaba muy limpio y los futones eran muy cómodos. Tienes varias estaciones de metro cercanas. Una a 15 min y las otras dos a 5-10 min andando, con buenas conexiones para ir tanto a namba como para ir a Kyoto o nara si gustas. Cerca del alojamiento hay un konbini pero si quieres hacer la compra te recomiendo ir al supermercado enfrente de la estación de tren. La única pega que podría es que se escucha un poco a los huéspedes del piso de arriba pero por lo general todo muy bien.
