5、No need to sort garbage; please dispose in indoor trash bins
6、Return all non-disposable items after use
7、Guests must compensate for serious damage caused by improper use (e.g., hair dye, stains)

    Overall is excellent, responsive host, lovely neighbourhood , fantastic bathroom and cozy setting. The only concern is the size of the pot , it’s rather small to cook for two. If you like to jog, there’s a river nearby, where you can jog along. Thank you for this lovely stay, will definitely come back again when we visit Osaka.

    This unit is on the second floor of a new building. Double-paned windows kept the chill out and made our winter stay more enjoyable. We loved the heated floors and the bath! Hana quickly responded to all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Hana's place.
