The space

🎌 Japanese style decor with Ryukyu style tatami space.The bedroom area is furnished with SEKISUI, one of Japan's best tatami mats. The square-shaped Ryukyu-style tatami mats are more modern and beautiful than the traditional rectangular ones. Please join us in caring for this area and try not to damage it

📶 All rooms are equipped with new home appliances, free high speed Wi-Fi and an all-in-one washing and drying machine,there is a full set kitchenware for you to cook in the house.
♨️ Livingroom is equipped with underfloor heating, which greatly improves the sense of well-being even in winter, and the rooms are humidity-free and comfortable to walk barefoot.
🛁 The bathroom is equipped with Panasonic's high-end intelligent large-size bathroom, with a separate shower area and a full-size bathtub area. The bathtub automatically adjusts the water level and temperature so that you can fully relax in it

🔑 Convenient and quick self check-in with electronic door lock, you can check in after 3pm and check out before 11am.

● Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and other items in the room can be used free of charge
● Electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, etc. can be used free of charge
● Smoking (including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas of the homestay (including the balcony)

Other things to note

(1) Please change into slippers in the entrance hall; don't leave personal belongings (e.g. shoes) outside the house/doorway.
(2) Please go barefoot on the tatami mats; do not place wet towels directly on the tatami mats.
(3) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the public.
(4) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged an additional 20,000 yen cleaning fee.
(5) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house.
(6) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(7) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.

Great stay! Lots of space compared to most options in Japan, reasonable price, lovely shower area and responsive host. Good restaurants in the area (if you stay here you must go to Kouraku!) and close to transit.

4박 5일 머물렀는데 집 크기에 비해 가격이 저렴해서 좋았어요!! 주변에 지하철역도 많고 800미터 거리에 덴가차역에서 간사이 공항도 금방갑니다 주변에 편의점도 많고 동네 이자카야 저렴한 마트도 있어서 더욱 좋았어요 글리코상까지는 지하철로 20-30분내로 갈수있어요 유니버셜은 2번정도 갈아타서 1시간 조금 더 걸리는 거 같아요 집도 넓고 깨끗했지만 다다미방 웃풍이 심해서 넘 추웠어요.. 이불이 따뜻해지는 소재가 아니라 더욱 추웠어요 난방은 넘 건조하고 틀었다 껐다를 반복했어요 자는 곳이 다다미방이라 바닥난방도 불가해 추웠어요.. 일행은 괜찮아했는데 전 주방에 이불 옮겨서 잤어요ㅠㅠ 겨울에 추운것만 빼면 꽤 조은 숙소입니다!!
