The space
Hanazonoya is a 3-story guesthouse building (plus a 4th-floor terrace) with 2 private, lockable rooms on each floor. Room 101 is on the 1st floor with a one-bedroom, one-living-room layout: the living room has an open kitchen (IH cooktop, refrigerator), the bedroom has 2 single beds, and the private bathroom is a shower room (no bathtub). Self check-in is by passcode; simply follow the check-in guide upon arrival. The washer-dryer is on the shared 4th-floor terrace and is shared by all guests in the building, so please use it at off-peak times.
Guest access
The building has 3 floors plus a terrace, with 2 private, lockable units on each floor. Once booked, you have exclusive use of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom.
The kitchen is open-plan and the bathroom is a shower room; none of these spaces are shared.
The washer-dryer is on the 4th-floor terrace, which is a shared area. Please use it at off-peak times and keep your valuables and personal clothing safe.
Other things to note
(1) Please change into slippers in the entrance hall; don't leave personal belongings (e.g. shoes) outside the house/doorway.
(2) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the public.
(3) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged an additional 20,000 yen cleaning fee.
(4) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house.
(5) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(6) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.
