Guest access

● Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and other items in the room can be used free of charge
● Electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, etc. can be used free of charge
● Smoking (including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas of the homestay (including the balcony)

Other things to note

(1) Please change into slippers in the entrance hall; don't leave personal belongings (e.g. shoes) outside the house/doorway.
(2) Please go barefoot on the tatami mats; do not place wet towels directly on the tatami mats.
(3) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
(4) No smoking anywhere in the house or around the entrance (incl. e-cigarettes); a JPY 20,000 special cleaning fee applies for violations.
(5) No need to sort garbage — please put it in the indoor trash bins; do not leave it outside.
(6) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(7) Compensation is required for serious stains or damage (e.g. linens, furniture) caused by improper use such as hair dyeing.

      We checked in at 8.00 pm a bit far from metro which usually not a problem but when you tried from all day long, it 5 min walk from Tengachaya station. The room is clean and comfortable one of the best experience I have in Japan.

      Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich sowie optisch auch ansprechend und modern gestaltet (wie auf den Fotos). Einzig erwähnenswert wäre die Tatsache, dass das Zimmer keine Fenster hat, man dürfte also nicht vergessen, einen Wecker zu stellen, sonst könnte es passieren, dass man versehentlich nachmittags aufwacht😉 Aber alles in allem eine sehr gute traditionell angehauchte Unterkunft in verkehrsberuhigter Gegend mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

      今回2人で宿泊しました。 宿泊前に疑問点や要望についてメッセージを送った際、返信がとても早く、安心して利用することができました。 お部屋はとても綺麗で、2人で過ごすのに十分な広さがあり快適でした。岸里駅から宿までの道中にはコンビニやドラッグストアもあり、買い物にも困らず便利でした。 タオル類は人数分の用意でしたが、ドラム式洗濯機と洗剤が備え付けられていたため特に不便は感じませんでした。また、記載のアメニティ以外にも延長コードや蚊対策グッズが用意されており、細やかな配慮が嬉しかったです。 深夜に近隣からと思われる話し声が少し聞こえることはありましたが、全体的にはとても快適に過ごすことができました。 今回初めてAirbnbを利用しましたが、とても良い経験になりました。同行者も大変喜んでおり、機会があればぜひまた利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
