The space

🛁 A spacious 59 m² entire house with 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. The 1st and 2nd floors are completely independent, each with its own kitchen and bathroom — ideal for two families or groups.
🎌 Japanese-style interior with Ryukyu tatami. The bedrooms use tatami from the well-known Japanese brand SEKISUI; the square Ryukyu style looks more modern than traditional rectangular tatami.
📶 Free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, and a full set of home appliances and kitchenware.
♨️ Floor heating in the living rooms greatly boosts comfort in winter — warm and dry, pleasant even barefoot.
🛁 Premium Panasonic smart bathtubs with automatic temperature and water-level control, plus separate shower areas.
🔑 Self check-in with a smart lock — no worry about lost keys.

● Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and other items in the room can be used free of charge

Other things to note

(1) Please change into slippers in the entrance hall; don't leave personal belongings (e.g. shoes) outside the house/doorway.
(2) Please go barefoot on the tatami mats; do not place wet towels directly on the tatami mats.
(3) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the public.
(4) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged an additional 20,000 yen cleaning fee.
(5) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house.
(6) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(7) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.

    We stayed here with our infant, and the place was both spacious and cozy. The ground bedding provided plenty of space for our child to play and move around safely. The locality is very peaceful and away from the hustle of the city, which was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. The property is also conveniently close to two metro stations, making it easy to commute anywhere in Osaka. Additionally, there is a large supermarket and a vegetarian restaurant nearby, which was very helpful. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in Osaka. Our only challenge was the limited number of kitchen utensils since we were cooking all meals for our child. However, this was already clearly mentioned in the listing, and considering the overall comfort of the stay, it wasn’t a major inconvenience.
