The space

🛁 A spacious 34 m² one-bedroom with living room. The 1st and 2nd floors are completely independent, each with its own kitchen and bathroom for safety and privacy.
🎌 Japanese-style interior with Ryukyu tatami. The bedroom uses tatami from the well-known Japanese brand SEKISUI; the square Ryukyu style looks more modern than traditional rectangular tatami.
📶 Free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, and a full set of home appliances and kitchenware.
♨️ Floor heating in the living room greatly boosts comfort in winter — the room stays warm and dry, pleasant even barefoot.
🛁 A premium smart bathtub with automatic temperature and water-level control lets you fully relax, plus a separate shower area.
🔑 Self check-in with a smart lock — no worry about lost keys.
🕒 Check-in after 15:00, check-out before 11:00.

Guest access

● Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and other items in the room can be used free of charge
● Electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, etc. can be used free of charge
● Smoking (including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas of the homestay (including the balcony)

Other things to note

(1) Please change into slippers in the entrance hall; don't leave personal belongings (e.g. shoes) outside the house/doorway.
(2) Please go barefoot on the tatami mats; do not place wet towels directly on the tatami mats.
(3) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the public.
(4) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged an additional 20,000 yen cleaning fee.
(5) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house.
(6) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(7) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.

    Absolutely amazing, if you’re looking for a place to stay outside of the direct centre of Osaka this is it. 5mins to walk to the local metro Tamade station, lots of yummy local restaurants nearby and of course 7/11 and Lawson just up the road. Hanastay, was perfect for us. The bathroom was so nice and the shower had the perfect amount of pressure as well as the deep bath. The washing machine was so helpful as it was very hot while we were in Japan so had plenty of washing to do. I could not recommend this place more it’s perfect 🤩. Thank you so much Hana we will be back soon. X

    Hana's place is located in a quiet, clean, and very walkable neighborhood. After ten days of staying here, I almost felt like one of the residents. I knew when to take the trash out, started recognizing neighbors, and knew different routes to the neighborhood post office. Hana's place is close to train stations as well as places to eat and convenience stores. The place is well-equipped. I was grateful that I could do laundry and cook breakfast. Noise can be a problem when the upstairs unit is occupied and the occupants are heavy-footed and stomping around at odd hours. I appreciate that I was able to get late check-out for a reasonable fee, but I was momentarily locked out because the door code stopped working at the normal check-out time. This was distressing, but it also created a great moment to interact with a very nice neighbor. The code situation was resolved within 10 minutes after messaging Hana. I would stay here again.

    Disappointing, to say the least. Not recommended for those who want a quiet stay - I did not know prior to my booking that I would share the space with upstairs neighbors. Messaging the “host” is essentially texting with whatever customer service representative has been outsourced for the day. Inconveniently located particularly for not being able to enjoy the quiet I would expect from a residential neighborhood. It took 3 days for them to appropriately address my concerns and Airbnb had to step in to resolve these issues.

    Spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. Self check-in was easy, the neighborhood felt safe, and it’s a short walk to the subway for Namba and Umeda. Strong AC and in-unit laundry made it a super comfortable base. Host communication was quick and kind. We’d stay again.
