Hana's place is located in a quiet, clean, and very walkable neighborhood. After ten days of staying here, I almost felt like one of the residents. I knew when to take the trash out, started recognizing neighbors, and knew different routes to the neighborhood post office. Hana's place is close to train stations as well as places to eat and convenience stores. The place is well-equipped. I was grateful that I could do laundry and cook breakfast. Noise can be a problem when the upstairs unit is occupied and the occupants are heavy-footed and stomping around at odd hours. I appreciate that I was able to get late check-out for a reasonable fee, but I was momentarily locked out because the door code stopped working at the normal check-out time. This was distressing, but it also created a great moment to interact with a very nice neighbor. The code situation was resolved within 10 minutes after messaging Hana. I would stay here again.
Disappointing, to say the least. Not recommended for those who want a quiet stay - I did not know prior to my booking that I would share the space with upstairs neighbors. Messaging the “host” is essentially texting with whatever customer service representative has been outsourced for the day. Inconveniently located particularly for not being able to enjoy the quiet I would expect from a residential neighborhood. It took 3 days for them to appropriately address my concerns and Airbnb had to step in to resolve these issues.
Spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. Self check-in was easy, the neighborhood felt safe, and it’s a short walk to the subway for Namba and Umeda. Strong AC and in-unit laundry made it a super comfortable base. Host communication was quick and kind. We’d stay again.
7月18至7月20入住两晚非常愉快，民宿和网上描述一致，房东很热情。离玉出地铁站很近，出行方便，周边很安静。
