🎌 Japanese style decor with Ryukyu style tatami space.The bedroom area is furnished with SEKISUI (積水), one of Japan's best tatami mats. The square-shaped Ryukyu-style tatami mats are more modern and beautiful than the traditional rectangular ones. Please join us in caring for this area and try not to damage it

📶 All rooms are equipped with new home appliances, free high speed Wi-Fi and an all-in-one washing and drying machine,there is a full set kitchenware for you to cook in the house.
♨️ Livingroom is equipped with underfloor heating, which greatly improves the sense of well-being even in winter, and the rooms are humidity-free and comfortable to walk barefoot.
🛁 The bathroom is equipped with high-end intelligent large-size bathroom, with a separate shower area and a full-size bathtub area. The bathtub automatically adjusts the water level and temperature so that you can fully relax in it

🔑 Convenient and quick self check-in with electronic door lock, you can check in after 3pm and check out before 11am.

● Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and other items in the room can be used free of charge
● Electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, etc. can be used free of charge
● Smoking (including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas of the homestay (including the balcony)

Other things to note

(1) Please change into slippers in the entrance hall; don't leave personal belongings (e.g. shoes) outside the house/doorway.
(2) Please go barefoot on the tatami mats; do not place wet towels directly on the tatami mats.
(3) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the public.
(4) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged an additional 20,000 yen cleaning fee.
(5) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house.
(6) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(7) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.

      I had a wonderful stay. I was surprised to see how clean and neat was every area. Bathroom was my favourite place :). Very quiet neighbourhood, few minutes walk from the metro station which brings you in Dotonbori and Shinsinbashi area in 8-10 minutes (3-4 stops) . You have few local restaurants around with delicious food and cheap. Also 7-11 , Lawson , family mart. I hope that I will have the chance to comeback to your place . Thanks a lot🙏

      Really convenient location! A short walk to Kishinosato Station which had the Yotsubashi line. Easily takes you to Namba, Umeda, Osaka Station, Universal Studios etc. A short 2 minute walk to a family mart, with a Lawson on the other side of the street. There was also a grocery store by the station that had lots of variety of prepared foods and produce! The property was clean and we felt right at home. Throwing out the trash was effortless, the bathroom, and shower was amazing, and the sleeping area had a TV facing the beds so we made use of that during the evening. I have no complaints about the property and if I am ever back in Osaka again I will definitely rebook here! 5/5 would recommend!

      We had an amazing stay! Would definitely book again. It was in a residential area, with Family Mart and Lawson nearby the closest train station. The train station was less than a 10-min walk away. Since it is in a residential area, there weren't a lot of nearby restaurant options. It wasn't a huge deal since we'd eat dinner elsewhere before coming home. The space was clean and new! There is still the new build smell, not that we minded— but if you're sensitive to smells, this may not be the place for you yet. I loved the tatami mat that came in the bedroom. The beds and blankets were comfy. Things I loved: CLEAN hot water pot, washing machine (that can also dry! Place also comes with detergent), lots of windows you can open to let in fresh air, hair dryer, mirror medicine cabinet to store my toiletries, and bath tub. Honestly, if this could be my house forever, I would be very happy. Great stay for a great value!
