(2) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the public.
(3) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged an additional 20,000 yen cleaning fee.
(4) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house.
(5) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(6) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.

非常好的房源，卫生很干净，空间也很适合两个人住，配备的设施都很高级，电视机很高清，还可以看YouTube。床也很干净舒适，配备的微波炉可以热便当，冰箱也可以放一些便利店买的食物。离地铁站很近，周围的便利店也很多，很适合walk，隔音效果很好，阳台有地方可以晒衣服，就是衣服容易飞走

公寓离地铁站很近，步行两分钟就可以到达，阳台面对着公路，虽然晚上会有些警车和跑车经过，但关上门基本就听不到。周边吃东西的地方挺多，拉面、西餐厅、中餐、寿司、烧鸟店都一应俱全，包括旅游人士必逛的family和seven店。公寓里面有厨房可以煮点早餐，日本食品比较单一，所以可以在厨房里发挥下厨艺自己做美食。美中不足就是热水壶坏了，需要自己用锅来煮水喝。
