(3) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged an additional 20,000 yen cleaning fee.
(4) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house.
(5) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(6) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.

      離花園町步行2分鐘，南海電鉄5分鐘 不管安排近遠行程都非常便利。 出門步行50m 就是24h玉出超市 每天都可以逛完超市再回去 全家在四號出口/ Lawson在二號出口 房源很乾淨，也很好辨識地點 不擔心找不到，房東給的指示跟著就沒問題 性價比高，若有機會會再次選擇入住😃 重點冷氣冷度很足夠，沒有其他之前旅客 所敘述冷氣不涼的問題，這點我可以保證💯
