🎌 Japanese style decor with Ryukyu style tatami space.The bedroom area is furnished with SEKISUI, one of Japan's best tatami mats. The square-shaped Ryukyu-style tatami mats are more modern and beautiful than the traditional rectangular ones. Please join us in caring for this area and try not to damage it

📶 All rooms are equipped with new home appliances, free high speed Wi-Fi and an all-in-one washing and drying machine,there is a full set kitchenware for you to cook in the house.
♨️ Livingroom is equipped with underfloor heating, which greatly improves the sense of well-being even in winter, and the rooms are humidity-free and comfortable to walk barefoot.
🛁 The bathroom is equipped with high-end intelligent large-size bathroom, with a separate shower area and a full-size bathtub area. The bathtub automatically adjusts the water level and temperature so that you can fully relax in it

🔑 Convenient and quick self check-in with electronic door lock, you can check in after 3pm and check out before 11am.

● Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and other items in the room can be used free of charge
● Electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, etc. can be used free of charge
● Smoking (including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas of the homestay (including the balcony)

Other things to note

(1) Please change into slippers in the entrance hall; don't leave personal belongings (e.g. shoes) outside the house/doorway.
(2) Please go barefoot on the tatami mats; do not place wet towels directly on the tatami mats.
(3) Please do not hold parties indoors, and keep quiet late at night to avoid disturbing the public.
(4) Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Violators will be charged a 20,000 yen cleaning fee.
(5) There is no need to sort garbage. Please dispose of it in the indoor trash can and do not throw it outside the house.
(6) Please return all non-disposable items after use.
(7) Serious damage (e.g., to fabrics, furniture) caused by improper use (e.g., hair dyeing/staining) must be compensated at the price.

      We stayed here from October 18 - 28. Communication was responsive. Place is very new and very well equipped. Checkin was smooth, and all instructions were clear. We were surprised that most amenities are within a short walk to a few train stations, and only 10mins away from main hubs. There is a wonderful Shrine and parks close as well. This was our first time in Japan, and after spending a few days in Tokyo, Hanastay Kiwami was perfect for what our next adventure was. We were respectful as it is someone's home, you will find everything you need, over 3 grocery stores and more than a handful of convenience stores within a shirt walk. Very nice accommodation, and it is precisely what it advertises itself to be. Thank you Hanastay

      离大马路不远，但是在居民区里，很安静。 房子是全新，不是那种老房子改造的，所以没有那种年代久远的霉味，住起来很舒服。 有榻榻米的地铺，也有洋室的床，床品用得很好，睡感不输五星级酒店。 周边便利店超市都很近，我们去逛了难波心斋桥还有梅田都很方便。谢谢房东，下次来还会继续住。
